What Happens After You Submit?

Step 1

We’ll review the referral and reach out to confirm eligibility (usually within 1–2 business days).

Step 2

If needed, we’ll complete a Housing-Focused Person-Centered Plan with the client.

Step 3

Client is matched with the right services: Consulting, Transition, or Sustaining.

Step 4

Thrivve supports the client every step of the way — from finding housing to staying housed.
